HP ENGLISH ESSAY

For my first essay for HP English this year, I wrote about the role of knowledge in the book Frankenstein by Mary Shelley. I picked this topic because the debate about whether humans should keep making technological advancements and discoveries is relevant to society today and relates to the book. 

SCIENCE FAIR

For my 2019-2020 science fair project, I explored how color affects human memory compared to the brightness of the screen of a device. This was my last science fair project which won 1st place at the ACLC fair. I also participated in the ACSEF fair for the first time with this project.

BIOEHS

BioEHS is a bioengineering competition that ACLC honors biology students take part in every year. My group decided to address MS (Multiple Sclerosis) by proposing a treatment that uses nanotechnology to deliver synthetic myelin to the nervous system in order to relieve a patient's symptoms.
